Center
The Customer Service Center of Dalian Software Park is a
non-profit service organization committed to the continual
development of a favorable software environment required
for the sustainable development of enterprises in the park.
Our center provides platforms that are both considerate
carefully planned for enterprises through our total comprehensive
service system.
1. Service Platform for Intergraded Coordination.
This platform is responsible for both the transmitting and
implementing of related businesses and information activities.
Additionally, this platform concentrates on providing channels
for enterprises' demands and complaints, coordinating to
fulfill and supervise the effects of implementation.
2. Human Resources Service Platform. A
planning service for human resources provides assistance
with training and recruiting of various talents both domestically
and abroad as well as provides a human resource management
services, such as: personal affairs agent, trustee of files,
and both job transferring and setting.
3. Administrative Affairs Service Platform.
Behaves as a communication bridge and link between enterprises
and the government, in addition to giving needed assistance
to the strengthening of important relationships between
the enterprises and related departments of the government,
and furthermore provides a policy consultation service covering
areas such as, registration, insurance, etc., for enterprises
that have either just joined or will join the software park.
4. Information Exchange Service Platform.
Collects and provides information, industry materials, and
cooperates on interrelated dispositions for both domestic
and overseas markets. This platform also provides a consultation
service for the sustainable development of enterprises,
and a platform for information exchange and the promotion
of friendship among software enterprises and entrepreneurs,
through the holding of sport and cultural activities through
the IT manager club for cultural activities and sports such
as tennis, fishing and entrepreneurial forums etc.
5. Cultural Activity Service Platform for
Employees. Provides employees of Park enterprises with infrastructures
for health, sports, and cultural activities; is responsible
for the arrangement of popular recreational and sport activities.
