	Dalian Software Park promotes the education of both information technologies and foreign language embracing the demand for sustainable development. Following Neusoft Institute of Information Technology of North East University, Dalian Railway University began its recruitment of IT majors in 2002, and Dalian University of Foreign Languages initiated a dual major program specializing in foreign languages and IT education. Within the next five years the expected annual graduation of IT specialists is expected to reach 10,000 with the inclusion of Dalian University of Technology, the Software Institute of Dalian University, numerous professional IT training institutes, and large-scale e-commerce training centers.
